Tax Deduction
The tax deduction depends on your vehicle’s sale price or fair market value:
If your car sells for less than $500: You can claim the fair market value, up to $500.
If your car sells for more than $500: You can claim the amount it sold for.
Our experienced team evaluates each boat to maximize its sale price. Factors include year, make/model, mileage, and local market conditions—ensuring the most benefit for your donation.
You’ll get a temporary receipt at pickup and your official tax-deductible receipt in the mail within 3–6 weeks.
